How it works

From first call to launch — in three steps.

No lengthy onboarding, no agency runaround. You talk to the same person throughout, and you always know exactly what happens next.

01

Tell Us About Your Business

A short conversation — by phone, email or a form — about what you do, who your customers are, and what you want your website to achieve. We'll ask the questions that matter and tell you honestly what we'd recommend.

  • We learn your services, your area and your customers
  • You tell us what makes you different from competitors
  • We agree the pages you need and the price up front

About 30 minutes of your time

02

We Build Your Website

We design and build the site around your business — layout, copy and imagery included. You'll see it as it comes together and can ask for changes at any point, so there are no surprises at the finish line.

  • Custom design based on your business, not a template
  • Copywriting and imagery handled for you
  • Review rounds so you can shape it before launch

Usually 1–2 weeks

03

Launch & Take Off

We put your website live on your domain, connect your enquiry form and make sure everything works on every device. Then we stay on hand — because launch day is the start, not the finish.

  • Your site goes live with SSL security in place
  • Enquiry forms and notifications tested end to end
  • Ongoing maintenance available from $50/month

What the timeline actually looks like

Most Pilot Websites projects are designed, built and live within two to three weeks. Larger sites with booking or e-commerce take a little longer — we'll tell you honestly before we start.

The single biggest delay on any website project is waiting for content. Send us your photos and details early and we'll usually beat these dates.

  1. Kick-off call

    Day 0

  2. First design review

    Day 3–5

  3. Content & copy signed off

    Week 1–2

  4. Final checks & launch

    Week 2–3
